My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although outdated, were surprisingly spacious and much cleaner than expected, but there was a noticeable bad smell. The service, while lacking in friendliness and proper communication, redeemed itself by offering a late check-out due to my flight delay. The location was convenient for airport travelers, although a bit impersonal. The dining experience provided a good variety of tasty options, despite some minor flaws. Overall, the hotel offered value for money with its great location and decent amenities.

My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The room with a Bay view was spacious and very comfortable, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast was decent. The location was ideal for the airport but a bit far from the center of San Francisco. However, the view of the bay was wonderful.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and kept very tidy, but unfortunately, our room was smaller than expected for three guests and on the ground floor despite my request for a higher floor. On the upside, the staff was extremely nice and helpful, particularly Darunee. Although there were some issues in handling complaints, the service overall was friendly and accommodating.
